Annual Re-Credentialing

Re-credentialing is the process in which we re-verify your credentials, licensure, etc. It also lets you renew your agreement with us. We do it because its best-practices, and it is required by many Florida MMA Medicaid plans, as well as the Joint Commission for Behavioral Health accreditation standards. Inna from Quality Assurance will let you know when to start the process. We give you a 90-day window to complete the re-credentialing app, and some items require taking a training etc, so please do not leave it to the last minute. Thank you
